Sayce Holmes-Lewis is the Founder & CEO of Mentivity, an inspirational mentoring organisation and alternative educational provision that provides aspirational support for young people, schools, parents and carers across London, Brighton, Kenya and Uganda. Founded in January 2016, Mentivity continues to change the lives of many young people through their adaptable approaches and a proven record of expertise in coaching, mentoring and holistic support for young people.

Sayce studied a combined full-time degree in Youth and Community Work with Sports Development at the University of East London, whilst juggling a full-time coaching career, fatherhood, a semi-professional football career and a part-time role as a Youth Worker. He believes his mission and purpose are to help others progress in life and realise their optimum potential, he feels extremely fortunate to be doing work he truly loves and to have a platform to speak up for his community around the issues we face daily.
