Jamie Ratcliff

Jamie has over ten years experience at a senior level in housing development. He has broad experience in housing policy & practice covering housing supply, affordable housing delivery, management standards in the private rented sector, rough sleeping services and the environmental retrofit of London’s homes.

Jamie currently works as an Assistant Director at the Greater London Authority with responsibility for housing and is also a member representative on the Local Pension Board for the London Pension Fund Authority.

Jamie is the author, in a personal capacity, of two recent reports recommending radical action to build the homes Londoners need – Mass-delivery of Manufactured Homes for Rent and In no uncertain terms.

Jamie holds a Law degree and a Masters in Public Administration, where his dissertation explored whether the modern Olympic Games had left cash cows, white elephants or successful economic, environmental and social legacies.
