Before co-founding Public Practice Finn worked for the Office of Metropolitan Architecture, General Public Agency, Croydon Council, and the Greater London Authority. He sits on the Raynsford Review Task Force, Labour Planning Commission, RIBA Planning Group, and the ‘Working in the Public Interest’ Advisory Group.
