The Rt Hon. the Lord Deben is the Chairman of the Committee on Climate Change. He has previously served as Employment Minister, Paymaster General at HM Treasury, Minister for London and Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, as well as Secretary of State for the Environment.
